Feel like I can't do it
I'm not physically dependent on alcohol but it is so hard for me not to incorporate it somewhere into my evening routine. It's easily accessible and a habit I am having so much trouble breaking. Probably had about 2 totally sober days in the past 3 weeks, month or so. I'm so discouraged and not believing I can do it.

Hi everyone, I am still working it! I am now seeing a therapist, and OMG, it is so much easier to keep accountable to him than myself! He gave me a 6 month challenge, no more than 2 drinks a day, for six months, no excuses! And I have done it, and better. I feel so much better, so much more "here" for my family and myself.…

Gonna make it work
Ok,, hooch has been keeping me from my goals,, NOt any more. No week day drinking. 2 drinks when we go out, and 4 floating drinks for the weekend (Friday, Sat and Sunday). I am going to plan to win, not fail. I hate not feeling 100%, I hate the wasted money and calories.
