I WEIGHED IN 2/28/2011. I HAVE BEEN WORKING OUT 4 TIMES A WEEK! BURNING NO LESS THAN 500 CALORIES EACH TIME! EATING MUCH HEALTHIER, DRINKING WATER, STAYING ACTIVE. I WEIGHED IN YESTERDAY, EXACTLY A MONTH LATER AND LOST A WHOOPING 0.8LBS!!!!! I HAVE NO WORDS....:noway: SOMEONE PLEASE SAY SOMETHING!!!!!!!

THE DAY STARTED OUT SOOO GOOD. THEN THIS OVERWHELMING HUNGER CAME UPON ME!! I WAS MUNCHING AND MUNCHING. I WENT TO THE GYM AND CAME BY EVEN WORSE!!!....... WHAT IS THIS?????
