I just raised my percentage of calories from protein to 30%. I am finding my diet to be very carb. heavy. What are your best sources of protein? Thanks!
I try and spread my calroies out, but sometimes that just doesn't happen and I find myself looking for the best option. What do you like to eat to fill you up with the lowest calories? Kristin
