I have my calories set at 1200 per day and at first I felt like I needed a bit more but lately I haven't felt hungry enough to eat the full 1200. Counting Calories
Hey everyone! I've been counting my calories for a few days now and I was just wondering if it will ever get easier. I mean I stay in my range but it just feels like a chore. I know losing weight and getting healthy will be a lot of hard work I just feel like my whole day is surrounded by counting my calories. Thanks!
