Length of bulk/cut cycle?
I'm doing my first bulk now and I'm just wondering if there is a standard length of time for the bulk or if you all just do it by weight.

How do I correct an imbalance?
I'm having a problem with my right arm/chest being weaker than my left (which seems odd since I'm right handed). The disparity is most noticeable with bench press and the OHP. I was wondering what exercises would be best to use to even it out.

I've done about all the cardio I care to do (ever) and am looking into getting into more serious strength training. Thinking about going on a CKD, any users with tips.
So, like the title says, I'm thinking about starting a CKD and would appreciate any first hand advise or even good resource material that people have on it. I've done my basic research but not a truly in depth study yet (I'll do more before I commit to it).
