Hello there, My husband and I recently started the slim fast meal plan and we had some questions. Has anyone else here tried it? It seems like too few calories, according to this site. On the days that I work-out I'm really under my calorie goal, but I don't want to sabotage the plan as well. Any advice?
I joined MFP a couple weeks but I hadn't checked out the forums. So far I have lost 3 lbs w/ a few bumps along the way.
