Not hungry, but can't stop thinking about food!
Well, I have this very annoying problem, mostly at night right before going to sleep. My mind won't shut it about food. And it is not just "unhealthy" foods I want, it is EVERYTHING! I'm not hungry, and I ate all my calories for the day, and it is too late to exercise. :sad: It's so bad that I can't sleep or do ANYTHING…

Fruit!
I have read somewhere that fruit lowers the body's ability to burn fat. Is this true? And does it matter if I want to lose weight?

Lost 2 kg (4,4 lbs) over weekend!?
When I stepped on my scale Monday I thought it was broken, but then I tried another scale and it was the same <.< My second thought was that it was water-weight, but now two days later it is still the same. I hadn't been at a plateau or anything o.O So what gives? Have any of you have this happen?
