Hello.... I am on week 7,8. Till now everything was fine... But... Workout 7... I cannot!! I do it, but with so many modifications that stops yo be challenged... I have another 3 times to do it... Well... After 10 days of BR I lost Hips 1 inch Belly 1,2 inch Arm 0,4 inch Weight 8,8 Lbs Not bad at all I guess for me! I am super happy!!!!
