It isnt that i want o encourage u, but the first week i had gained 4 lbs..... Now, i am in the end of week 9-10 and since i started as u can see i lost during tjose weeks 22 pounds!!!! Dont give up!!! U ll see the scale to move down soon!!!

I am doing body revolution and i have Nike vomero 7. Since I got them I finished with feet cramps... Amazing shoes!!! Very comfortable and very stable!!!

Look.. I am in wo9-10 and I strongly believe that wo7 and especially circuit 1 is the hardest till now!!! So, do the warm up of wo7 and start with curcuit 2... When u ll feel stronger try with modification circuit 1 ... I ll agree with stephanj, u don't have to do it in 12 weeks... Take ur time.... Don't give up!!! We are…

The first 5 weeks looks like 30 ds or ripped in 30... From 7 to 12 is challenging... I believe it worths!!!! U are never bored... This is also something important for me at least. The results... Are amazing toll now!!!

Ok.... Today I did wo10... I find it more hard than wo9... I am the only one maybe here...but .... Btw... When I first joined this group at phase1 I was looking at the topics of phase3 and I thought that I ll never be there... But I am!!! I am proud for myself and for all of us that we are here!!!! Ι did first time wo9.... Very challenging and much easier than wo7!!! I love this workout!!! Looking forward for wo10!!! I ll post tomorrow. Btw...I forgot to mention that sweAt is on the floor from the first 5 minutes!!!!

I love Nike vomero7. The are running and training shoes. Amazing stability no cramps any more!!! And soft!!!
