Plant v. Meat Protein, does it change how much I need?
i have a mostly vegan diet (no eggs, dairy, beef, chicken) but i eat fish maybe once or twice a week, but i eat a lot of beans, legumes, nuts, etc. most of my nutritional goals are preset but it says i should only eat 45 grams of protein a day and i usually eat 50-75 grams per day. i was reading about how too much protein…
