Need more fiber
I am tracking every bite I eat, and I'm going low-ish carb (not going crazy, not doing it ever day, etc) but trying to keep carbs under 100mg/day. The only day I have gotten even CLOSE to getting my recommended fiber intake, I overate. So how do you get healthy fiber? Even when eating salad every day I wasn't coming close…
