standing at work
My work just gave us desks that go up & down, and I've started standing 2-3 hours a day. Should I count these at Calories burned?

Our work just got new desks where you can sit or stand, I've been standing for usually about 2 hours a day, is it okay to add these to my exercise diary?

Morning or Night.
I have a question. What's everyone's opinions on working out in the Morning or the Night? I was trying to go in the morning because It would be easier than having to come home and do it, but now I'm not sure, I wake up two hours before I normally would. I think I might switch back to nights, What do you think is easier?

found this idea on Pinterest, putting $1 in a tin for every workout, and buying yourself something with it after you meet a certain goal, i'm going to add to it, for every weekend of not partying/drinking, i'll put $20 dollars in. :)
