Hi Guys! I've used MFP on and off for the last like uh...five years. I lost fifteen pounds on Weight Watchers last year before the switch to the new system..in which I have failed miserably. I've decided it's not currently worth the $20 dollar a month for me not fully dedicate myself to it's rules..so I have moved back into MFP and counting cals.

Anyways! I would love if you'd add me for extra motivation & support..I'll be sure to support you as well! Thanks! :)

    Good luck to you! I have done WW off and on for about 10 years and went back earlier this year and have lost 25 lbs using their plan and love it. I am using MFP to see how many calories, sodium, fat, etc that I am consuming.
