Hello! I am totally new to this fitness blog and very excited about it! I lost a lot of weight about two years ago, but I have gained the majority of it back. I really want to get back to where I was two years ago, but without fad diets. I want my weight loss to last! Any advice on ways to stay motivated? Thanks in advance!
