Hello! I am totally new to this fitness blog and very excited about it! I lost a lot of weight about two years ago, but I have gained the majority of it back. I really want to get back to where I was two years ago, but without fad diets. I want my weight loss to last! Any advice on ways to stay motivated?
Thanks in advance!

welcome!
I've been a yo-yo dieter for a long time, too. I lose 30 lbs, then usually gain it all back & then someNow, I'm doing my best to put a stop to that.
Also, posting here and looking through the success stories on the message boards is a great way to stay motivated. and adding more people. It's great to help each other stay on track.
Good luck to you on your weight loss0 -
