Working out with leg injuries
Does anyone have any reccomendations for working out with a leg injury.. I recently fractured my ankle and tore my anterior ligaments just as I had started to get back into the swing of things! New to the game! just wanted to say hello and see how this community portion works. Just got the app and Finishing my first week with a 3lb loss.. not to shabby:) More than anything its amazing to feel the difference almost immediately of simply eating better foods!!
