Reached Thanksgiving goal today!
Just before I joined MFP, I made a goal to lose 15 lbs. by Thanksgiving. At the time that seemed liked a daunting goal. This morning at weigh in I passed that goal with 16.5 total lbs. lost. My Fitness Pal is the most useful tool, ever! It works, and yes I eat most of my exercise calories back every day! Amazing!

Today is my first day logging my food intake with this site. I'm thrilled to have such a useful tool for accountability. My goal is to avoid being pre-diabetic. My blood sugars are out of the normal range, but not quite in the pre-diabetic range. I think losing 50 lbs. would definitely help in the prevention! Best wishes…
