Fine line between counting/logging and obsessing?
I am often accused by non-dieters of "obsessing" over calories. Do I? I guess the answer is "yes". I know that to maintain my weight loss I must forever "maintain" my caloric intake. counting calories after weight loss with no counting
I am one year into the "no S" diet. I have lost 40 lbs with that diet and running (a lot). I have actually lost a bit too much weight....and find I live in fear and uncertainty about how to gain a few back and then maintain using my current plan. maintenance calories only 1340???
i'm trying to gain a few lbs..but afterwards want to maintain. When I put my maintenance weight into MFP ..it takes me from 1560 that I had to "lose"..... to 1340 to maintain????
