MyFitnessPal calculated my calorie goal is 1200/day...I burned 985 calories working out today..so MFP says I earned 985 extra calories from my workout. If I eat the 2185 calories(1200+985) am I going to lose weight? Dose my 1200 calorie goal already account for weight loss? thank you!
