MyFitnessPal calculated my calorie goal is 1200/day...I burned 985 calories working out today..so MFP says I earned 985 extra calories from my workout. If I eat the 2185 calories(1200+985) am I going to lose weight?
Dose my 1200 calorie goal already account for weight loss?
thank you!

You should eat some of those calories back but you should still lose weight if you eat all of the calories back. If your netting 1200 calories your still at a deficit, so you should lose weight. If you don't eat back any of your exercise calories you will most likely be very tired and hungry.0
