I know this is not enough, I've already lost a kilo in the last 3 days. Please help me. Also: I jog 30 minutes straight 5 days a week and don't really eat junk food.
At current I'm 73 kilos and 170 cm, I want to get to 63. For the last week I've walked, ran, played netball and rode my bike as well as cut down on what I've eaten. I'm making healthier choices in foods and drinking 5 glasses of water a day. I jumped on the scales this morning..and I was still 73 kg. :( What am I doing…
