I need to lose 10 kilos!

At current I'm 73 kilos and 170 cm, I want to get to 63. For the last week I've walked, ran, played netball and rode my bike as well as cut down on what I've eaten. I'm making healthier choices in foods and drinking 5 glasses of water a day. I jumped on the scales this morning..and I was still 73 kg. :( What am I doing wrong?

    Try not to lose heart, sometimes it takes a bit longer to see the results. Don't give up...keep at it. I am sure by the same time next week you will see some results especially if you are under you cals goals. In saying that I am weighing in tomorrow after cutting my food down this week and am too expecting to have lost some weight. Will keep my fingers crossed.

    Its simple - muscles weight more than fat. Better measure yourself and you will see changes.
