I know that green tea is good for u and your metabolism, but how quick will it take effect to speed it up(week after u start drinking it every day or straight away maybe) and how many cups a day are needed for it to work properly? I've heard 5 cups a day will give u results but that's a bit hard if u love drinking water…

QUORN products and weight loss?!
I don't eat meet so it is nice from time to time to have something else than eggs veg or fish. Quorn products are mainly protein but they are highly processed foods. A lot of different opinions on this one online. So IS IT HEALTHY AND HELPS WITH WEIGHT LOSS OR ITS JUST EMPTY CALORIES?
