Polar HRM wearlink strap size?
I'm buying a Polar FT4 with my xmas money (YAY) but I'm not sure whether to get the XS-S or the M-XXL size? I have 27 inch waist and 34 inch hips. Also, is it definitely worth buying one if I've got about 12 pounds left to lose, as I'm a poor student and can't afford to waste money! Thanks in advance!

Losing, but very slowly...
So I've been on here since the beginning of September and i've only lost 3 pounds so far :S I just wonder why it's so slow? Is under 1200 bad?
So today I haveonly eaten 850 calories so far out of my allowed 1500. should I try and eat a healthy high cal supper now (it's 21:40) to get up to at least 1200, or will it not affect my metabolism if it's only one day? I don't want starvation mode to kick in etc... Thanks!

Just ate main meal and still hungry?
