I have been working towards my goal for a while now but i have the problem of my weight i will lose a pound or two then the next day be up 5 to 8 pounds and i have to work 3 or 4 day to get that off and start over..it makes losing slow..i really dont understand..I stay under my calories always about 1500 or so and exercise…
Hello Im ricki...im 23 and have two boys 28 months and 7 months...im married and love my life all but the fact that Im really over weight..i need some friends that can help push me on when i get down..its been about 5 days and i have already had a set back...I really want this to work out.....I hope to hear from everyone…
