Endometriosis
Hi...I have been diagnosed with endometriosis yesterday and have been feeling very low.. Is there anyone who is suffering from this ..so that we can discuss it over? Any body having kids despite of this disease?

3rd day of 30 DS was easier than the 2nd day !
Yesterday I was so sad because I was not able to complete the 20 mins workout of 30 DS level 1 even. Thanks to friends who motivated me and today surprisingly 3rd day seemed to be easier than the 2nd day and today I completed full 20 mins workout !! Thanks everybody for being there and guiding me through :) :bigsmile:

Day 2 of the 30 DS :(
I was so enthusiastic about starting the 30 DS yesterday....but to my surprise I could not manage more than 12 mins on the day2 and I had to stop. I really didn't have the energy to go though it plus each and every muscle seems to be aching. Feeling sad if ever I will be able to run the journey of weight loss :(
