I had a pedometer on, and it recorded me at 3.87 km/hr pace, which is about an 8.5mph walk (I have long legs and I was walking very fast, passing everyone). Yummy snack idea
I learned a good idea from some older ladies I know, and just tried it. 1. what do you all count for a day of shopping/sightseeing?
Just about to go on a day-long shopping trip--to costco, several stores. then to some sightseeing, etc. Do you just count these as 'slow walking'? Or ignore it and chalk it up to part of a regular day's activities?
