I really don't know how much I'm supposed to be eating. My daily calorie goal is 1200. Today, i ate about 1214 calories, and did only about 120 calories worth of exercise. So I have remaining 106 calories. Should I eat that up? When I clicked 'complete this entry' the 'you are eating too few calories' message popped up.…
