This may be a stupid ? but when trying to lose weight is it better to stay in your fat burning zone or your cardio zone? I know that Intervals are great but just not certain what I should aim for when I am wearing the HRM?

Ok so this is for our group that started a weight loss program in our hood. However, we welcome anyone who would like to join us. I am excited about this group seeing I need to lose a lot of weight. I am going to start with a weight loss challenge for the month of November. I would like to lose 7 pds! Anyone else in?:happy:
