Paleo messing with my calories??
Please can someone help me I'm clueless. I used to always use the pre-defined ranges when it comes to setting goals. Now that I'm on paleo I'm allowed more oils and spices and protein and veg and fruit but my carb and sugar intake has to be mininal to zero. Not obese anymore but overweight!!! Whooooo hoooooooooo!!!
I'm so thrilled, when I started this journey I was almost hitting obese2 and that's when I realised if I don't take care of myself nobody else will! So happy to finally be out of obese range, it was seriously freaking me out!!! Bit of a pointless post but hey-ho....

To cheat day or not to cheat day??
Do you think it's necessary to have a cheat or do you think it just hinders and puts you back into bad habits? And if you do cheat is it a whole day cheat or just a meal cheat?
