Hi found out I'm pregnant, any advice from other preggy ladies? I'm super excited though slightly disappointed with NHS so far, can't see my midwife til end of January! Currently taking Pregnacare and doing lots of walking/housework (minus dangerous chemicals). Be great to hear and share experiences etc! :happy:

I'm a student teacher about to go onto my practise and was hoping to have some tips from fellow student teachers or teachers as to how to avoid bad foods on breaks! Every school I've been in I have been surrounded by biscuits, chocolate, cakes etc...when on diet this is going to be hard!! Any tips??

where can I generate a model/cartoon of myself of my weight now and what I'll look like halfway and at goal weight? Can't find one online. Have tried several and was hoping someone could recommend a good one?

rewards for weight loss
I'm currently 167 lbs with my goal weight being 130 lbs and have a few ideas of motivators (as well as health, confidence etc) and rewards but am not sure when I should treat myself? People with a similar amount to lose...when should I reward myself with getting my belly re-pierced? I thought of a few others too like…
