what does this mean?? Thank you everyone else for your advice, I doubt the school has a gym (primary and in UK) but maybe a stroll around in the fresh autumn air? Basically I don't want to get hungry and scoff the biscuits they put in front of me! Can't really avoid the teachers lounge as have to be part of team for QTS…

Exercise? Lock their cupboards?? haha I think it's all about rewarding yourself with things that arn't food, like a new outfit/tattoo/piercing/jewellery etc And not buying bad food helps, if you have to go out and buy it...a lot of the time you don't bother

Don't beat yourself up, you're only human! The next day will be better. One tip I've read on here is instead of ice-cream, take some bananas, slice them up and put in freezer for 2-3 hours, take them out and put them in blender and vuala! Same texture as ice cream! The last gym I was at, there were vending machines everywhere (like 4 of them) filled with junk and just 1 vending machine with healthier options! And the cafe every time I walked past could smell chips :(

What I meant by "I'm just unsure what milestones to use as rewards, don't want to make it too hard/easy y'know?" was like when I should get those rewards, how early on etc sorry I didn't make myself clear!

If you're near a computer go on facebook and look t skinny pics of yourself I find that helps re-focus me when having a weak moment. Also don't be too strict otherwise it won't be a life-long change only a tempory one :)
