Ok guys, i eat health and have done so here since may. i am close to my goal weight, actually pass it ;) but wanted a few extra kgs gone. i have noticed that i usually eat 1300-1400 daily, but the last few times i ate 1500 i would actually drop like 1kg the next day. take yesterday, i ate extra and i weighed in 1.1kg…

i Just ordered the first 2 volumes :D what are good sups into p90x with these cds. i will already be replacing yoga sadly as with University and work i am unable to commit to the time. once i finish p90x what are the best cardio etc in the series?
