Fitbit vs. HRM
I work as a nursing assistant at a nursing so I have a very physical job and pretty much on my feet 8 hours a day. I really want to track my calories burned better. Which would be better to wear to work the Fitbit or a heart rate monitor?

Work as exercise
I work as a CNA in a nursing home and it's hard work. How do I add that in as exercise. I spend the majority of my 8 hour shift walking up and down the halls and lifting people. How do I add that in?
