Work as exercise

I work as a CNA in a nursing home and it's hard work. How do I add that in as exercise. I spend the majority of my 8 hour shift walking up and down the halls and lifting people. How do I add that in?

You don't. Set your activity level on MFP to Active (or higher, since I have a desk job and "Lightly Active" fits my average calorie burn better than sedentary). That adjusts your everyday calorie level and then actual, dedicated, exercise can be added on top of that base level/goal.0
