Geneen Roth's books and Dan Siegel's youtube videos have completely changed how I see food. Has anyone else had a breakthrough moment to do with being present in the moment, recognizing feelings and finding ways to work through them without eating?
Does anyone else have a problem with this? I have been in the habit of consuming an entire day's worth of calories after dinner. :( a whole packet of cookies/chocolate biscuits, and up to 190g of potato chips. I know. Sometimes I would eat more, half a Sara Lee family sized pie, chocolate mud cup cakes, you name it. I need…
I don't think that it is...it's annoying to see my sugar go into the red because I've been eating grapes or watermelon...if I was eating refined sugar I'd be worried but as it's fresh fruit I don't tend to worry so much...thoughts?
Hi! Trying this out now that I finally have an iPhone and can enter everything as I go through the day, from wherever I am. Would love some friends, particularly some who are facing a longer journey to shift a lot of weight.
