i have finally accepted that this cant be a quick fix like i was hoping, it has to be a lifestyle change, but i dunno how i can do this forever.. there are certain "bad" foods that i really enjoy

i have come to the sad realization that if i want to lose weight, i am gonna have to exercise :-( but i am gonna try be positive about it :-) i am not really the outdoorsie type but i do like at home exercise, any tips for really effective weight loss exercises? maybe dvd's?

ideas for healthy snacks please
hi there, when i started this "happy eating plan" healthy food was all new and exciting, now 1 month into it, i dont know what to eat for snacks anymore because everything has started tasting bland, but i need to snack otherwise i get so hungry that the rules fly out the window... any ideas please?

dont you just love the way one feels "lighter" after losing weight, i have lost about 7kg since i started and i feel like a babe B-) lol, i love the the feeling of clothes fitting loosely, seeing the change in my posture... sigh, it can only get better :-)
