Hello from Ohio
Im Pam, a wife, mother and grandmother. Over weight in my mid 40's (yuck) Needing to get healthier and loose some major weight. I would like to meet some local pals and even online pals to keep me motivated. I do not want to do weight loss surgery if I can help from it. Hopefully I can do this myself...didnt need any help…
