FAT Burn? Cardio? Which one is better to loose weight?
I've gotten pretty good at knocking out some good calories doing cardio, but then I'm working if I want to do fat burn, and I've tried it, it seems like its to easy to workout at a fatburn rate. Can somebody enlighten me so I can get under the 3's and get on with journey. It's hard but I'm not letting up.

Ok which goes first. The Inches, or the weight.
It's been my first month, not discouraged, but looking to find out which results will come first on the way to my goal. So which do you loose first? Inches or weight?

Ok let me get this straight. More muscle more calorie burn?
Does my ability to burn calories go up when I gain more muscle and loose weight? I ask this because it's my understanding that it takes more calories to move your body when your over weight. Can somebody help me understand. I'm new and trying to learn, and I hope you guys can school me.

When you weigh less, is it harder to burn calories?
Case in point, I lost about 10 pounds, but it seems like on the eliptical machine, it takes more work to get to my goal then before. Is there a reason for this?
