Hi i'm tootiebug and i am so happy to have a place like this to come to my daughter and i have started a new lifestyle change this weekend and she found my fitness pal... it is so helpful with the charts and tools you can use... and to have message boards to get encouragment and help when you need it ...is terrific...…
