Fruit + Sugar intake?
Hi all, I am trying to watch all heath categories including my sugar intake. Today my medium size banana and 1/2 cup of fresh fruit was 26 grams of sugar and my goal is 33. I feel like I should avoid fruit due to the high sugar, but since it's natural sugar maybe I shouldn't be so concerned. I am not very nutrition savvy…

Fat free creamer vs sugar free creamer???
I am already over my sugar goal this morning due to using strawberries and blueberries in my smoothie along with fat free creamer in my coffee. Since 1 tablespoon of fat free creamer has 5 grams of sugar would it be better to change to sugar free?

Newbie to MFP... cheese and wine are my downfall!
So this may be a stupid question but is there such thing as a less fattening wine or cheese that actually tastes good? Maybe I am addicted because I :heart: cheese and wine!!!! Also, I currently have zero friends and would love the support!
