I just had my period. It's been irregular sometimes so I don't really know how to deal with it properly. I've been getting crazy cravings, and I've gained all these weight! It's been almost a week and I can't seem to pick myself up on the healthy wagon again. Does anyone have any advice and is this normal??
Does anyone have any tips for slimming down your bottom half? I know that spot reducing is not possible, but I am quite short (5'0) and I find it quite difficult to slim down. I find that being so short doesn't show as much progress. My quads and calves are quite muscular.. so is there a way to slim em down..? thanks in…
