long hair and exercise
Any suggestions for best hairstyle to keep long hair at bay when exercising (running mainly)? A ponytail flops around too much. A bun doesn't stay because it's too long. Also I have layers so they don't like to stay in and I usually have to wear a headband.

Calcium supplemented orange juice?
Anyone drink orange juice supplemented with calcium and vD? I heard a lot of it isn't vegan... seems this is from lactic acid, which I am reading mixed reviews on whether than can be vegan or not. Anyone know of a brand that is? It would be great to get my calcium and Vitamin D so easily.

anyone find this weird? Miss Vickis and Lays both have milk in their chips. I can't figure out why, it just seems gross.

vitamins/supplements?
What do you take? I am new to veganism (2 weeks, but was a vegetarian for 8 years beforehand). I am taking a womens multivitamin adn a b12. I try to eat healthy, but want to do this right and assume there are other vitamins I should be taking. Any suggestions or links to sites about this?

First work lunch
Been vegan about 3-4 weeks now without any trouble. Had a large work meeting today where lunch was provided. I didn't pack one thinking either I'd load up on veggies or drive to the nearest subway.
