Reached my goal!
Today I reached my original goal set back in January to get back down to 140lbs (I'm 5'8"). I started out at 168lb, today I weigh 139.8lbs. Not enough protein?
I'm slightly worried that I'm not getting enough protein in my diet, but I don't really know how to increase it and still stay under my calories for the day.
