interest in crossfit
I am interested in trying crossfit and the closest box is an hour away. I am intimidated by the level of fitness and am looking for support and motivation in becoming a part of the community. Anybody new to crossfit interested in sharing their experience?

I am 3 lbs from goal and discovered this site a month ago. When i meet my current goal my new one will be to gain muscle and lower body fat %. Looking for others in the same boat to share advice, tips, etc... thanks in advance.
