I have read in several posts about people who are in certain groups, etc. and I can't figure out how to find what groups exist or how to join one! Help! I can't believe I can't figure it out... how embarrassing! Thanks!!!
I'm looking for suggestions on how to start an exercise routine. I haven't done anything on a regular basis in a long time and I'd like to start on a beginner exercise program and work my way up to something bigger eventually. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions that would be great!
