help with the right chicken to chose in database
I was trying to look up how many calories and stuff for baked chicken. There are tons in the database and they range anywhere from 40some calories to up to 400. So Im not sure which one is really correct. I can't look on pkg because I buy it in bulk and divide it up in freezer bags, which makes it even harder to figure…
