help with the right chicken to chose in database

I was trying to look up how many calories and stuff for baked chicken. There are tons in the database and they range anywhere from 40some calories to up to 400. So Im not sure which one is really correct. I can't look on pkg because I buy it in bulk and divide it up in freezer bags, which makes it even harder to figure out. I did that before I was really counting my food intake.
I have generic( no specific brand) boneless skinless chicken breast and was gonna bake it with a little wishbone Italian dressing to give it a little flavor.

are you weighing it and looking at ounces? Maybe that would help in the database?
Or looking outside of myfitnesspal for answers? Good ol' google may be able to help?0 -
Generic usually and portion size is all that matters.....If I am going to err I want to do it for my advantage...I choose thje higher and workout so I can eat it!!!!0

Go for a similar chicken, ie organic/butterfed etc. bulk bought I would equate to a stores own brand...just weigh the portion you will be having (weigh before sauce etc)0

Do you have an android or iphone? the barcode scanner is super handy on that!0

I choose the ones that say usda, baked no skin, the one I use says cooked so I weigh after I cook it.0

Generic - Homemade Grilled Chicken With Italian Dressing, 1.5 ounce 60 0 1 7 Out of the database and add portion by increasing pieces0

As long as it is boneless and skinless, it is about 160 calories for 4 ounces, which for me is half of one of the giant frozen breasts from Costco.......
I got a simple digital scale and weigh by food now; I found out I was TOTALLY underestimating my portions.0
