Sunday marks the end of week 3 for my lifestyle change. I was told to aim for 1900 calories a day, so I eat 300 calories every three hours. Some times my snacks are less and my meals are a bit more. Hey guys, There are 67 people in this group and only a handful of people logging their exercise. Did we lose a bunch of people so soon, or are people too busy to post? I like having this group, it helps keep me motivated. :smile:
