  • I would treat him normally and if he starts talking to you bring up your husband and child in conversation. If he asks you out, I would nicely say "no thank you, I have a husband" If he is not quite there, I don't think he will change his mind until he finds another crush.

  • I eat 1900 a day, eating about 300 calories every 3 hours. I haven't really eaten back my exercise calories because I don't feel like I need them. Once my calories get lower I definitely will. I have been losing a little more than 2 pounds a week.

  • I'm 320 and I eat 1900 calories a day. In the past 3 weeks I've lost 7.5 pounds. I don't eat my exercise calories back because I feel fine without them. I know when my calories go down as I lose weight I will eat back my calories.
